Sarah Carr

My name is Sarah and I am a Realtor here on the Royal Realty
Team at Seaside Realty. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been born
and raised in the beautiful Hampton Roads area.

Being a lifelong resident, I am knowledgeable in many of the
wonderful things this area has to offer. Whether your dream home means being
close to the sandy beaches or down a quiet country road, I’m here to make the
process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

As the wife of a home builder, I come equipped with
experience in the process of homebuilding and the many intricacies of the
construction process. Everything I have learned has helped me better understand
certain aspects that are most important when buying and selling a home. My
personal work experience includes acting as a contracted assistant to the Navy
which has enabled me to understand just how important it is to build trust and
a relationship with each client in order to ensure the most positive
outcome.

When I’m not assisting clients, you can find me spending
time with my husband and two children in our hometown of Chesapeake. I have a
passion for traveling the world, I love staying active at local gyms and I
enjoy cooking fun new recipes in the kitchen.
