Dawn Lee earned her Real Estate License in 1985. Since then, she has worked with some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Dawn has been investing in the local real estate market since 1988, and has bought and sold over 30 of her own houses. A longtime resident of Virginia Beach, Dawn sells residential and commercial properties in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News.
Specializing in sellers, investors, first time home buyers, military relocation, short-sales and foreclosure, her multifaceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. Dawn enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff and team at Beach South Realty. Dawn believes that education is paramount to success, graduating from Old Dominion University with a Business degree in 2003, as well as completing intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure. Her constant dedication to service and work ethic has earned her many awards throughout the years. Dawn has had the honor of receiving agent awards from HRRA as well as numerous customer service and management awards in her past career with the Woolworth and Kinney Shoe Corporations.
Dawn is a member in good standing of the HRRA, Hampton Roads Real Estate, VAR, Virginia Association of Realtors and the NAR, National Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service. Dawn helps the community by donating to the local "FOR KIDS" charity.
