Amanda Kennedy is the new Building/Officer Manager for The Royal Team. A local resident in our Hampton Roads market for over 20 years. Amanda graduated from Kempsville High School and later graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Business Management.Amanda has over 8 years of progressive administrative and marketing experience and has dedicated 4 years to the real estate industry.
As a child of a single parent who rented properties the majority of her formative years, Amanda is passionate about helping her team’s agents secure their clients’ dream homes. She thoroughly enjoys playing her part in the home buying process and is dedicated to delivering excellence.
When not in the office overseeing the daily operations, Amanda enjoys experiencing different cuisines throughout our coastal area. She also enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and animals.
