Tiffany Christian is the embodiment of West Coast vibes meets East Coast hustle. Born and raised in Hawaii, Tiffany played Division 1 soccer at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and Boston University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. After living in 8 states and 14 towns, Tiffany now calls Williamsburg, VA, home.

With over 15 years of experience in Higher Education, including roles as a Senior Associate Athletics Director in Division 1 Athletics and as an Associate Dean in the Dean of Students Office, Tiffany transitioned into real estate to make a meaningful impact on families’ lives. Don’t be fooled by her jeans and Nikes—Tiffany is a tireless worker, creative problem-solver, and fierce negotiator for her clients. Her clients benefit from a personalized, tailored approach, timely and professional communication, and expert guidance—often accompanied by laughter, friendship, and a Mexican meal along the way.

When not working, you’ll find Tiffany cheering for her son Jacoy at his baseball, basketball, or soccer games, or on the sidelines coaching an elite youth soccer team with Jacoy. Oh, and probably at her favorite local Mexican restaurant.
