Lila Olson

I was born and raised in Kosovo, one of seven children. Growing up during political unrest and war taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of hard work. Sometimes I would accompany my father, an engineer turned entrepreneur, and learned firsthand the importance of negotiation, perseverance, and building relationships.

In 2003, I moved to the United States and continued my education at Tidewater Community College and Virginia Wesleyan University. Before relocating, I worked with the United Nations, NATO, and Interpol, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while working alongside professionals from more than 60 nationalities.

I began my real estate career in 2007 as a summer rental agent and became a full-time Realtor in 2016. Last year, I rebranded under MACH 2 HOMES, and it has been both exciting and rewarding to see my brand grow. I proudly call Hampton Roads home and live at the Oceanfront with my spouse. Together, we have five sons. We enjoy spending time on the water, traveling internationally, and sponsoring foreign military students.

My journey is much different than lots of my peers, but has shaped both my personal and professional life, and it is an honor to help my clients find the place where their next chapter begins.
